About the role

We are currently seeking an enthusiastic and dedicated Marketing Communication Specialist to join our team in Rotterdam. The ideal candidate will be a native English speaker with a creative mindset and strong communication skills. In this role, you will be responsible for managing our social media presence, newsletters, events, webinars, and assisting with other marketing projects to strengthen our brand and engage with our target audience.

Primary tasks

  • Own and manage our social media channels. Creating engaging, fun, and informative posts that reflect our brand identity and engage with our target audience;

  • Plan, write and distribute engaging newsletters, tailored to different customer segments;

  • Coordinate and manage events, both in-person and virtual, ensuring seamless execution and effective promotion;

  • Setup and execute webinars that showcase our expertise and provide valuable insights to our audience;

  • Collaborate with other team members on various marketing projects, contributing your skills and knowledge to maximize their success.


Compensation and benefits

  • Competitive salary from €2.500 - €3.000 monthly, based on experience (based on 40h a week)

Requirements

  • Native English speaker is a must.

  • Creative thinker and writer with the ability to craft engaging and persuasive content.

  • Strong knowledge and skills in social media management, including experience with various platforms and best practices for engagement.

  • 1 to 3 years of experience in marketing, communication, or a related field.

  • Availability for a minimum of 24 hours per week.

  • Experience with Canva, Hubspot, Webflow, and Figma is preferred.

  • Good organizational skills and the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.

  • Self-motivated and results-driven, with a strong desire to learn and grow professionally.
